Meet Kristy Leggat, our HR Coordinator at Executive Risk Solutions. She is one of the bright and positive personalities from our Human Resources team. Efficient and effective, Kristy has quickly established herself as the go-to person for all things HR and if you need tips on time management, she’s your first port of call.
Kristy is focussed on coordinating recruitment and retention strategies across our Security, Emergency Response and Crisis & Emergency Management divisions. She also plays a key role in supporting our Recruitment division place ex Australian Defence Force candidates into civilian careers. She is passionate about indigenous engagement, cultural awareness and education which she demonstrates within her role.
Since 2018 Kristy has volunteered at Crohn’s & Colitis Australia. Her volunteering work sees her raising awareness and funds for research. Her Brother lives with Crohn’s so supporting this community is something very close to her heart.
In 2015 Kristy participated in the MACA Ride to Conquer Cancer in memory of Kevin O’Meara, her grandfather who sadly lost his battle to Prostate Cancer in early 2015. She rode 200km and raised over $3,000 to go towards cancer research.
Outside of work, you’ll find Kristy at the beach and with her dog Winston.
Prior to joining Executive Risk Solutions, Kristy was a high-performing recruiter managing all external labour-hire contracts whilst maintaining client relationships at a WA based Engineering firm.
