Executive Risk Solutions has been named Overall Winner of the Telstra Business Of The Year Award at the awards ceremony in Sydney last night (Thursday 20th August 2015). Scott Houston and his wife Fiona brought two awards back to Western Australia, one of them being the National Telstra Medium Business of the Year and the other one the Overall National Telstra Business of the Year.
ERS has offices in Perth, Brisbane and Dubai, and provides 24-hour support in remote areas to their clients, many who are from the mining, oil and gas sectors. By offering high quality personnel and tailoring solutions to their operational needs ERS enables them to focus on their core business. ERS employs more than 100 highly-qualified staff experienced in police, military special forces and fire and emergency services. It has the largest private fleet of emergency services vehicles in Western Australia, including nine fire trucks and seven state-of-the-art rapid intervention vehicles.

The Telstra Business Awards is one of the most recognized awards in Australia and ERS couldn’t be prouder of the win and grateful for the opportunity.
The business is expanding significantly internationally, with two of their security specialists including Tim Curtis currently in Mozambique delivering some work for an Australian mining company.
ERS has been once again recognized for its very strong business culture, its proven experience and expertise in emergency response and its investment into staff development. Scott sent 10 Emergency Services Officers to Houston, Texas last year to train on the latest practices and technologies in Oil and Gas Emergency Response.
