ERS Highlight: Meet Tiffany Pollack, the dynamic leader driving strategy and global growth

Spanning over 14 years of strategic sales experience, Tiffany Pollack is the Executive Manager, Strategic Partnerships for Executive Risk Solutions. An invaluable addition to the Leadership Team, she works closely with the Executive Team and focuses on the efficient and effective implementation of strategic initiatives and global growth strategies across multiple markets and industries for the group.

Tiffany commenced her professional career in 2007 in the recruitment industry. During this time she achieved a number of promotions as her skillset developed and her experience grew across multiple industry sectors. Tiffany moved from consulting into a business development role and then was promoted into leadership roles firstly as the state sales manager and then as a national business development manager for a national recruitment agency. Her last role before leaving the recruitment sector was working for an international specialist mining recruiter as their National Business Development Manager.

In 2013 Tiffany moved into the Vocational Education and Training Sector (VET). It was here she took a National Business Development Manager role with a multinational organisation and led the company’s national sales strategy and client liaison through extensive consultation and developing multiple funding initiatives across a variety of industries. Tiffany managed and maintained an impressive client portfolio with the dual goal of revenue optimisation and achieving training outcomes.

In 2019 after taking a short break for maternity leave Tiffany joined Executive Risk Solutions. Proactive and driven in her approach, she is an exceptionally talented leader with a team mentality and unwavering drive for success. Tiffany is responsible for the day to day management of the Strategy, Technology and Markets Team.
