The Role

We are seeking self-motivated, experienced, and professional Paramedics to join our client site’s Emergency Response Team, servicing the WA mining industry. You will be providing a team-based approach to our client’s medical services, including emergency response and primary health clinical care.

Our medical services focus on early high-quality care, management, and advice. We work collaboratively with all stakeholders in the patient care continuum to ensure that we provide the best outcomes for the patient and the client.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma Paramedical Science (Ambulance)
• Authorised Drug Collection Officer (HLTPAT004)
• Evidence of 3 years on-road experience or similar
• Evidence of ongoing CPD hours
• Current and unconditional AHPRA Paramedic Registration
• Current ALS1 or ALS2 qualification or equivalent
• Physically fit to perform the role
• National Police Clearance certificate (current to within 6 months of appointment)

Skills and Attributes

A well-developed knowledge of, and experience in the application of Paramedic services within the mining sector or equivalent environment
High standards of personal dress and bearing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including report writing and presentation delivery
Strong knowledge of mine site OHS policies and procedures
Ability to work independently
High sense of responsibility and initiative
Proficient in Microsoft office
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
